Solution
The batteries need to be changed if the display no longer turns on, or the red battery symbol appears on the robotic vacuum.
- Failure code E:21 or E23 is shown this can be a sign of poor or not charged batteries.

How to change the Batteries.
The battery compartments are located on the bottom side of the robot.
1. Use a screwdriver (PH2) to unscrew the battery compartment lids.
2. Replace the battery packs and refit the battery compartment lids.
Caution! Make sure to change the two battery packs at the same time.
