Solution

It the robotic vacuum's Wi-Fi symbol light is on without blinking; it is in contact with the router.

What the Wi-Fi symbol on the display means:

Off

• The robot has not been onboarded (at least not successfully) and is not currently looking for a Wi-Fi network.

Blinking

• The robot has been onboarded at some point in the past and is attempting to connect to the cloud via the Wi-Fi network it was onboarded with. This is normal after the robot boots.
• If the local Wi-Fi is up but not connected to the internet this can also happen.

On

• The robot has established communication with the cloud via the local Wi-Fi.
