Check Water Alert
- Check the tank is full
- Check water filter has been replaced at the correct intervals. Reduced flow rate is an indication that a new filter is required.
In general, you should change the water filter every six months to ensure the highest possible water quality. Water filter status on the user interface prompts you to replace the filter after a standard amount of water (750 litres) has flowed through the system.
If the above has been checked and no water has been detected again, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Center.
