Ice cubes are freezing together. smaller or hollow

Solution
Potential Cause
- Ice cubes are not being used frequently enough, and sublimation occurs or interruption of power for prolonged time casing ice cubs to melt.
- Ice cubes are hollow (shells of ice with water inside). The hollow cubes break open in the bin and leak their water onto existing ice, which causes it to freeze together
Common Solution
- Remove ice container and discard ice clean out container with warm water dry and replace. The ice maker will produce fresh supply. Ice should be used at least twice weekly to keep the cubes separated and tray should be emptied monthly.
- This generally occurs when the ice maker does not get cold enough long enough. This is usually the result of a sensor or temperature issue call service. filter should be changed regular (6 to 12 mth)
