Brush Roll does not turn

Check the brush roll for foreign matter entangled in the brush roll that causes the brush roll to get stuck and not rotate

Check the brush roll is installed correctly and the brush roll cover is fitted correctly

Regularly check and clean the brush roll

Noise in the brush roll

Remove and check each end of the brush roll for signs of damage, if damaged replace

Check brush roll cover is fitted correctly

Check brush for entangled debris and clean

The side brush does not turn

Remove and check for entangled foreign objects in the side bush

Check the side brush for damage, if damaged replace side brush

Dust leakage or suction is low

Remove the dust box filter and check if the surface of the filter is very dirty. Clean or replace filter

Check whether the brush roll or air channel is blocked, remove debris

Not charging

Ensure robot is positioned correctly on charger

Check whether the charging plate of the charging station or the charging plate of the robot is dirty or corroded. Clean charging plates

Check the indicator light of the charging station is on when charging station power is on at the wall socket

Bumper not functioning correctly

Check bumper for foreign objects

Robot does not start cleaning

Charge the battery for an hour, battery level must be + 10% charged.
