Robotic vacuum stops while running, with no lights, error message or the display is blank
Issue
- Robotic vacuum stops while running, with no lights, error message or the display is blank
Applies to
- Robot Vacuum
- Pure I9
- PI91-5SGM
- PI92-6STN
- PI92-6SGMKIT
Solution
If the robotic vacuum stops while running please refer to the following.
The display is blank:
1. No battery power. (Display is blank), please recharge it.
2. It can also stop if there is a system re-start triggered by an internal system crash. (Display is working) The current progress probably was deleted. If you push the play button a new cleaning cycle will start, suggested to put back the robot in the starting point (charger base) and the cleaning process to be started again from the beginning.
Or after charging, use a spot cleaning if only some small area has remained.
- SPOT cleaning (small area, ~1 m2):
- Place the robot facing the spot and press the SPOT button. The robot will will clean the area twice.
