Issue
- Robotic vacuum makes noise while cleaning/running

Solution
1. It is normal when the robotic vacuum emits a cracking noise when vacuum cleaning.
Hard particles like sand can cause a crackling noise when they are sucked into the plastic dust box at high speeds.
2. Something may be obstructing the robotic vacuum, clean below areas:
- Main brush
- Side brush
- Main wheel
Pure I9 - Main Brush
- Press the two latches and slide the lid forward to remove the brush roll lid.
- Pull out the Brush roll and clean the brush and bearings.
- Remove entangled threads by snipping them away with scissors.
- Refit in reverse order.
- Brush roll can be replaced

Pure I9 - Side brush
- Pull the Side brush to remove it.
- Clean the Side brush. Reattach the Side brush in the socket.
- Side brush can be changed

Pure I9 - Main Wheel and small wheel
- Remove entangled hairs or such from the main wheels so that they can turn freely.
- Should the small wheels get stuck, remove them carefully by using a small screwdriver and clean the wheels
