Warranty - Rechargeable batteries & battery packs – limited to 3 months from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions.
Reduction in battery runtime due to battery age or use is considered normal and is not a defect and is not covered by the product warranty after 3 months.
Battery replacement
For models with detachable batteries, robot vacs replacements can be purchased from the webshop
For all other models refer to the product user manual to check if batteries can be replaced by the user or if required to book a service for battery replacement
