Solution
Possible reason | Solutions |
The charging stand is not plugged in properly | Check that the plug is properly connected |
The machine is not fully plugged into the charging stand | Check that the machine is positioned correctly |
The adaptor is in poor contact with the charging stand | Check that the adaptor is properly connected to charging stand |
If the above suggestions did not solve the problem, we recommend taking the product to the local service network for repair
