Solution

Not charging, no charge indication on the hand unit display

• Charger not plugged in. Make sure the adaptor plug is connected to the charging stand and the charging adapter is plugged into the wall socket.
• When the product has completed charging then the display should turn off. Press +/- speed button to view the battery level indication. It should indicate on all three battery LEDs if the battery is fully charged.
• Charging will not occur if the room temperature is below 5 degrees or over 35 degrees to protect the battery and electronics. Store/Charge the product indoors with a room temperature between 5-35 degrees.
• Battery pack temperature is too high (75 degrees) or too low (0-5 degrees). Put the product at ambient temperature condition, wait until it cools down/rises.

No charging indication on charging stand

If there's 2 battery set (one on hand unit and one on Charging stand) it will charge the one on hand unit first and after fully charged, start charging the 2nd one on stand

Hard to put stick unit back to charging stand

• Telescopic tube is not sliding back/ locking at lowest/shortest position
• Slide down the tube and lock at lowest position
• Stick unit is tilted, leading to poor electric contact between stand and stick unit
