Solution

Brush Roll Clean (BRC) doesn't work

• After 30 Seconds, Brush Roll Clean function not working (protection mode). Wait for machine to cool down for 5mins or charge appliance for 5 minutes before re-starting machine and then BRC can work again.

Nozzle does not work properly after changing brush roll

• This is for safety power off, re-start "ON" button to activate the brush roll spinning.
