Solution
Issue: Initial onboarding failed to complete
If the initial attempt to connect to finalize the set-up process you will need to re-set the Wi-Fi network on the product, to begin the onboarding process again.
Issue: Changes to your Wi-Fi network or credentials
If you have changed modem, changed ISP provider or changed your Wi-Fi password you will need to re-set the Wi-Fi network on the product before attempting to onboard again.
Re-set Wi-Fi Network on the product
Press and hold the Wi-Fi icon on touch panel for 10 seconds to reset wireless connection.
