Issue

• The seal on the washing machine's door is loose, damaged or deformed
• The seal on the washing machine door is twisted and leaking

Solution

• Damage to the washing machine / washer-dryer door seal can be caused by overloading the machine or catching the laundry between the seal and the door.
• We recommend not to use the appliance if the door seal is damaged. Using the machine with a damaged door seal may lead to the appliance or property damage.
• If the door seal is loose, damaged or deformed, Disconnect the appliance and close the water tap.
