- The seal on the washing machine door is twisted and leaking

Solution
- Damage to the washing machine / washer-dryer door seal can be caused by overloading the machine or catching the laundry between the seal and the door.
- We recommend not to use the appliance if the door seal is damaged. Using the machine with a damaged door seal may lead to the appliance or property damage.
- If the door seal is loose, damaged or deformed, Disconnect the appliance and close the water tap.
