• Too much detergent or unsuitable detergent (creates too much foam).

Detergents Type & Quantity of Detergent

Low sudsing detergent is required for this washing machine to prevent oversudsing problems, unsatisfactory washing result and harm to the machine.

Low sudsing detergents designed for front load washing machines are labelled “Front Loading”, “high efficiency”, “HE”.

• Reset machine by switch off and switch on and select program “Rinse & Spin” to rinse foam.
• Manual Dose: Next cycle, reduce the detergent quantity and use correct type of detergent.
• Auto Dose: Adjust Auto Dose setting and use correct type of detergent.

Please check the user manual for your washing model to check the factory pre-set dosage levels on your machine.

If the washing results are not satisfactory or there is too much foam during washing, you may need to change this setting.

Under extreme conditions (very soft or very hard water) and particular type of detergent (such as super concentrated), we recommend adjusting the pre-set dosage by following the instruction given on detergent and fabric softener container: e.g. when using concentrated detergent you may need to reduce the pre-set dosage considerably.

• The anti-flood device is on, water leaks inside the machine.

Disconnect the appliance and close the water tap.
