Water not draining
Water leaking from indoor unit

Solution
If it’s a new installation - Request for the installer to come back to check the drainage system.
If it’s not a new installation - Check for obstructions on the “outlet” side of the drainage point.
1. Open and lift the indoor unit front panel.
- Hold the lower part of the left and right sides of the panel, pull it against you and lift it stops with support.
2. Check the drainage
- Carefully pour a glass of water on the evaporator.
- Ensure the water flows through the drain hose of the indoor unit without any leakage and goes out the drain exit.
Drain piping
- The drain hose should point downward for easy drain flow.
