Condensation or moisture dripping from indoor unit

Solution
Do not operate the air conditioner for long periods with the airflow direction set
downward in cool or dry mode. Otherwise, condensation may occur on the surface of
the horizontal louver causing moisture to drop onto the floor or on furnishings.
