Ultimate Home series Air Purifier
- Ensure that the unit is properly plugged into the wall socket and that the socket has power.
- Check that the filter is properly seated
- Check that the filter cover is closed properly
WELL A5 Air Purifier
- Ensure that the unit is properly plugged into the wall socket and that the socket has power.
- Make sure the filter is inserted into the product. Check to make sure that the filter is oriented correctly, so the RFID sensor can detect it. The RFID tag on the filter should be facing the upper right side of the filter compartment in the air purifier.

If the above steps don't resolve the issue, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Center.
