Unable to start Smart mode on my air purifier
Issue
- Unable to start Smart mode on my WELL A5 air purifier
- Air Purifier won't change mode from Manual to Smart mode
Applies to
- Air Purifier
Solution
- If the air purifier’s alert icon is lit, it might be that there is a problem with your Filter RFID tag.
- If you have just bought the unit OR inserted new filter(s), please ensure that the filter(s) are positioned in the correct way for the RFID tags to be read by the sensor
- Check that the RFID tag located on the filter is not damaged, missing, or in the wrong position outside the RFID tag frame on the filter.
- If the RFID tag is damaged, the filter must be replaced.
