Issue

Turntable grating or grinding noise can be heard

Applies to

• Microwave Combination Oven

Solution

Check the following:

• The turntable support is correctly connected to the drive.
• The ovenware does not extend beyond the turntable.
• Food does not extend beyond the edge of the turntable preventing it from rotating.
• There is nothing in the well beneath the turntable
• Clean the rollers under the turntable and the recess in the oven floor thoroughly for dirt or debris in the area around the turntable drive

If the above steps don't resolve the issue, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Center.
