How to manage: Error codes
When a system error occurs, the display shows error message.
Microwave Error message
E11 – Moisture in the control panel
Remedy - Allow control panel to dry
E1 - The thermal safety switch-off function has been activated
Remedy - Book a service
E4 - The thermal safety switch-off function has been activated
Remedy - Book a service
E17 - Rapid heating has failed
Remedy - Book a service
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Center.
