Solution
Message A indicates that the automatic heat up function is switched on.
The function sets the highest heat setting for some time and then decreases to the correct heat setting.
- All cooking zones are equipped with an automatic warm up function When setting a heat setting using ( + ) when starting from ( 0 ), the cooking zone switches to full power for a certain amount of time and then automatically switches back to the heat setting set.
- To switch off, after heat setting has been selected, change the setting using ( - ). The Automatic heat setting has been deactivated.
- The Automatic heat setting is not activated when setting a heat setting using the ( - ) when starting from ( 9 ).
The length of time that the automatic warm up function operates depends on the heat setting selected.
Example: If initial heat selection is selected using the ( + ) The automatic heat setting is activated and the A is displayed. If the initial heat setting selected is 4 as per the table above the element will operate on high (9) for 6.30 minutes, before the element power reduces back to heat level setting 4.
- You will need to be mindful of how long the power will be on high for the different heat level settings to ensure that you avoid overheating and potential boil overs in the initial auto heat phase.
