E3 fault code seen on cooktop
Issue
If the customer sees an E3 Fault code on their cooktop then this could indicate low power is being provided to the customers home especially during peak consumer use.

- Ceramic Cooktops & Upright ovens with Ceramic Hobs
Solution
Customer to check with their power provider to ensure correct power levels are being always provided.
