The air purifier is very loud
Issue
- The air purifier produces a loud or abnormal noise.
Applies to
- Air Purifier
Solution
- Ensure that the air inlet (around the front panel) and air outlet grill (top of the unit) are unobstructed and that there is clearance of at least 30 cm between these areas and the nearest surface.
- If using a custom fabric cover, try to re-apply the fabric cover to the panel tighter OR try operating without it to see if the noise pattern becomes normal.
- Make sure that there are no sources of indoor air pollution present that are contributing to poor air quality, resulting in appliance working at the highest speed
- Check that the plastic bag around the filter has been removed.
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Center.
