Can I use a 5GHz WiFi network to connect my Air Purifier?
Issue
- Can I use a 5GHz WiFi network to connect my Air Purifier?
Applies to
- Air Purifier
Solution
- 5 GHz WiFi networks are not supported
- The WiFi chip in the unit operates only at 2.4Ghz so please ensure your home WiFi is operating at this bandwidth.
- Most routers are dual-band, with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. The bands use the same, case sensitive password. Ask your ISP if you need help with router settings.
